Every Ukrainian's dream is for there to be no war. Every reasonable person's dream is for it to end justly.
Humanity has been striving for civilized communication between each other for so long, creating rules and boundaries for the safe existence of everyone, but has not understood the main thing - there must be a measure of punishment for violating them. Especially for global crimes like sending troops into Ukraine and killing people.
There is a victim, and there is an aggressor. And the aggressor must bear punishment, proportional to the crime! If this doesn't happen, it will loosen the hands of others - because they will see that the murderer comes out victorious.
In this war, everything is obvious - there's no need to analyze or look for double meanings. People are dying.
And not only those defending their homes, but also those who are at home.
Is this normal for the 21st century?
Is this the direction humanity should evolve in — where conquest methods thrive, and the right of the strong decides who gets to live and who must die?
It pains me in this situation to realize how the life of an individual loses its value and can end because of someone else's ambitions.
Is this where humanity should end up?
In the conquest wars of the Middle Ages?
In claims to sovereign territories?
In the spilling of blood on foreign land?
For me, as a person - small to you, but large to myself - there is nothing left but to speak about this.
I want to live. I want others to live. And for the value of every life to be raised to the highest standard.
Look at what war brings!
Do you want to rejoice at what you see?
Do you think there's a future in this?
For me - no...
